BRILLIANT JUST BRILLIANT. I heard about Mark, through a friend. From the start I knew he /his company were the ones to go with. The works that needed doing at my parents house was pretty extensive but also made very difficult as my mum is blind with a huge amount of anxiety and a lot of other health problems, also my dad was terminally ill. The team that Mark put on the job:-Seb/Matt & keleb were INCREDIBLE, not only were their skill sets outstanding but also so patient & caring towards my parents. The works started & went smoothly until an issue arose that we were half expecting but not fully prepared for the extent. They had patio doors fitted as front doors (badly) with no lintel supporting the second floor and roof, about 30 years ago. It was a scary time but filled with 100% confidence in the team. They really pulled a long long day & down to their SUPERIOR SKILLS, they stopped a whole heap of mess (the house falling down). The effort and skill, speed, calmness and determination from that day was AMAZING. They even got the new doors fitted, which are beautiful. The rest of the works then proceeded, at a steady speed, mum added extra windows & doors , electrics and a few other bits along the way. Mark dealt with it FANTASTICALLY, always kept contact and made everything very easy, he was very efficient, organised , honest and calm. Once the messy bits had been done, my dad then sadly past away. They couldn’t have been more compassionate and understanding. It really meant a lot , how lovely they all were. Then we met, THE NICEST MAN. Dave to do the finishing, painting etc. Mum had the whole of downstairs done, stairs & landing. Dave really is OUTSTANDING, not just professionally but as a person. We were all sad to see them finish and leave, a strong bond had been made. My wife & I are on a property journey ourselves & cannot wait to work with this FABULOUS team again. Jobs that were done:- Front sliding doors, Full lintel, Cracks/Rendering/facia/guttering/window seal, Plastering, Painting & Decorating, all of downstairs/landing, Stairs refurb, Consumer box & other electrical work, Windows & doors downstairs and top bedroom, Bathroom made into a wet room, was a huge job. The works were very well priced considering the difficulties the team had to deal with on a daily basis & the property being built in the 1800s & not being very well maintained over the years. Also because of the situation that my parents were in. I can’t thank Mark enough.

I hired Mark from MD construction services Maidstone Limited, Mark took the project on to take out the old door, wall and change the kitchen window, The rear wall was replaced by the bi-folding door And the kitchen window was replaced. I must say from start to finish the work was absolutely brilliant, I would highly Recommend to anyone who would want to start a project similar to mine or any other building work. Mark was very helpful and the customer service l, absolutely amazing, The staff was friendly and brilliant.
