M D Building Services delivered this exceptional high-end residential project in the prime Orpington / Locksbottom area, close to Keston — carrying out a full property refurbishment with major structural works and premium finishes throughout. The project combined complex extensions, modern engineering, and luxury interior design to create a truly outstanding family home.

The works centred around a substantial two-storey rear and side extension, paired with a single-storey rear extension, to significantly increase the property’s footprint and create a new open-plan living environment. Our team installed extensive structural steelwork, opening up large architectural spans and creating seamless transitions between new and existing spaces.

Inside, the entire ground floor received new central underfloor heating, premium flooring, and a high-specification bespoke kitchen with modern appliances and feature lighting. Two bathrooms were fully redesigned and refitted with luxury sanitaryware, high-end tiling, and contemporary finishes.
