MD Building Services are delighted to have been appointed to deliver the refurbishment and alteration works to the Ramen Moto restaurant located within Harvey Nichols, Knightsbridge, one of London’s most prestigious retail and hospitality destinations.
This commercial hospitality refurbishment project will involve the complete transformation of the existing bar and service area, including bespoke joinery alterations, bar remodelling, decorative wall finishes, hygienic wall cladding, flooring adaptations, plumbing modifications and electrical installations to accommodate a revised operational layout.
The project has been carefully designed to enhance both customer experience and operational efficiency whilst maintaining the high standards expected within a luxury retail environment.
Due to the live nature of the building, all works will be carried out through a planned night-working programme, requiring detailed coordination of deliveries, material handling, service lift logistics and landlord compliance procedures. The project also includes specialist electrical and plumbing adaptations to support new catering equipment, service areas and back-of-house operations.
